welcome to riverbend

The Riverbend experience is unique. Through a relaxed atmosphere, energetic music, and a gifted preaching team, timeless Bible truth and a message of hope is clearly communicated each week. Our service begins at 10AM.

As you drive into our property, we have designated Guest Parking. Our Guest Services Team will be ready to greet you with a warm welcome and assist you however we can. Fresh coffee and biscuits are available in the foyer 30 minutes prior to start time.

If you have children, infants through fifth grade, a volunteer in our lobby will help you to our children’s area, with a dedicated program just for kids. Older children and students, grades 6-12, join in our large worship service (in the summer months grades 1-5 join us in the large worship service as well).

Following the service, we want to be available to answer questions or help as you prepare to leave our campus. Our staff and Guest Services Team will be available to help you and invite you back to Riverbend - where church is like family.

What to expect

You can expect friendly and authentic people, engaging and relevant music and worship, compelling preaching from the Bible, and an opportunity to encounter God. You can expect to find a place where creativity and fellowship come together to worship God in new and exciting ways. You can expect to be encouraged, challenged, convicted, excited and, most importantly, welcomed.

REDEEMED AND RECONCILED

The mission of Riverbend  is to glorify God by making disciples through the gospel of Jesus Christ. God’s mission and the mission of His Church are inseparably linked. If God’s mission is to be glorified through the redemption and reconciliation of a people, the Church’s mission must orient around the glory of God and seek to glorify Him through redemption and reconciliation.

EMPOWERED TRANSFORMATION

Our vision is to be a church of grace-filled people, empowered for community transformation and new church formation, so that the Gospel is faithfully transferred from person to person and generation to generation.

MISSIONAL COMMUNITY

Home Groups are an essential part of our church, as they provide a place where deeper fellowship and better support for one another can take place. Considering that the early church worshipped in large settings - in the synagogues - as well as in homes, we unite together similarly in order to be in deeper fellowship with God and one another.

Experience

Worship

We love music. Expect to hear everything from hymns to the most recent contemporary music you hear on the radio. We use music to show our Lord how much we love and honor Him.
