First Visit

 

 

Welcome to Riverbend...

A safe and fun place to check out Christianity, worship God, and grow in your faith.  The Riverbend experience is unique.  The timeless truths of the Bible and a message of hope are clearly communicated through relevant teaching and contemporary music.

On your first visit:

1.  Service Times.
Sunday, 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. 

2.  Get directions
We are located at the corner of Hope Ferry Road and Corley Mill Road in Lexington, SC.  If you are coming from Columbia, take I-20W to exit 61 (Hwy 378)  Turn right at the top of the exit ramp.  Turn right again at the first traffic signal onto Corley Mill Road.  RCC is located 3.3 miles ahead on the left.  If you are coming from Irmo, take SC 6 across the Lake Murray Dam.  Take the first paved left onto Corley Mill Road.  RCC is located 3.3 miles ahead on the right. 

3.  Dress casual
Comfortable environment with casual dress and a relaxed atmosphere.

4.  Parking
Parking is available either in the paved lot or the graveled lot.  There are several designated “Visitor” parking slots on the paved parking lot. 

5.  Welcome Table
The Welcome Table is located immediately inside the front entrance.  Please stop by--we’d love to meet you and assist you in any way that we can.   

 6. If you have kids

                Children's Ministry (Infants - 5th grade)

             Check-in at the desk located at the far end of the side hallway. Your child(ren) will be given a nametag.  Depending on the age of your child, you will receive a pager (if you would like one) and a “claim check” for your child(ren).  For more information, click here.

                Student Ministries (6th - 12th grades)
Students in grades 6-12 stay with the adults for the morning service.  To see their individual schedules, click on the “Student Ministries” link.

7.  Coffee and donuts. 
Fresh coffee and donuts are available in the 30 minutes prior to start time.  Feel free to take them with you into the Worship Center. 

8.  After the service
Someone from our staff will be available in the foyer following the morning service to meet you and answer any questions you might have.
