Membership at Riverbend Community Church

 

Whether you are a newcomer to Riverbend or have been attending for years, you are invited to participate in the Riverbend 101. This 2-hour seminar is offered several times throughout the year. Our vision, statement of purpose, statement of faith, leadership and governance structure, ministry opportunities, and membership requirements are covered .  The session concludes with a time of Q&A.

The seminar begins with lunch together following a Sunday morning service and concludes by 3PM.  We provide lunch and childcare.  Check the church calendar for the next scheduled date.  Reservations can be made by contacting the church office. 

Membership at Riverbend is more than merely joining the church - it’s becoming an active participant. The membership process includes attending Riverbend 101, filling out a membership application, meeting with one of the elders and identifying your ministry involvement.
