RIVERBEND 101 THIS SUNDAY after church will be an opportunity for you to learn more about the church as well as ways you can get involved. If you are interested in exploring more ministry involvement, this is the first step in order for the church leadership to start to get know you. You need to RSVP asap if you can join us!
CHILDREN'S CHURCH this month we are teaching the first through fifth grade children's church during the 11 o'clock service. we have curriculum and supplies. if you are interested in teaching and/or helping out, please let me know. its a great way to get to know the families of our church. SHAREFEST Saturday, October 25th from about 9 am til noon, we partner with four to five other churches and do a community project. we will meet at the Lizard's Thicket in Lexington off of 378. Sunday the 26th, we will then gather together to worship together with each church contributing to the service. MISSION USA ***************** College students and young professionals from all over the southeast region will gather at our church in order to share what God is up to. This is a time to be encouraged and challenged in living out the great commission. It will be friday night Oct 31st from 7-9 and saturday morning 8:30 to noon. I think it would be great since we are the host site to come in costume :)We have multiple ways to get connected...
- Home groups. Small groups that meet weekly to build depth in relationships as well in the Bible. Contact Sarah @ sbedi@riverbendchurch.org to get involved.
- Social Events Monthly to bring the larger community together and just have fun. For ideas or ?s contact CeJing @ cejingb@yahoo.com - Sunday Mornings. We gather at either 9 or 11 am to worship with our local body. Come early to grab a cup of coffee.
