Worship
At Riverbend we believe worship is a lifestyle of surrender in pursuit of the intimacy with Jesus. In the context of corporate worship, it is the lifting of our voices in songs of praise and worship to God to acknowledge His character and deeds, rather than the mere singing of songs or musical performance.
What to Expect During Worship
At Riverbend, we strive for excellence in our musical worship ministry while placing a high value on participation. We believe that authentic, Holy Spirit-inspired worship prepares our hearts to encounter God, to receive instruction from His Word, and thereby, to be changed from the inside out. Our worship features a rich blend of contemporary praise and worship music as well as hymns.
