We Need Your Help Supporting The Youth Missions Trip To Costa Rica.

To support the youth mission trip to Costa Rica this year, we will be holding a raffle to help raise funds.

Crafts & More Raffle Details:

  • Collecting Raffle Donations:
    We will be collecting raffle items up until the week of the drawing.

  • Purchasing Raffle Tickets:
    Raffle ticket sales will begin on March 29th.

  • Raffle Drawing:
    The raffle drawing will be on May 2nd during Trivia Night

How You Can Help:

Donate An Item To Raffle

Our youth are gathering donations for the Mission Trip Raffle. Whether you make it, bake it, or offer a helping hand, we want to feature your gift!

What we are looking for:

  • Handmade Goods: Art, woodworking, quilts, or jewelry.

  • Skills & Services*: Lawn care, car detailing, or tech support.

  • Baked Goods**: Fresh bread, custom cakes, pies, or cookies.

  • Themed Gift Baskets: From your family or a local business.

* Skills & Services will be raffled off as vouchers that the winner can coordinate with the donor to redeem.

** Baked goods can be brought on the day of the drawing. May 2nd at Trivia Night.

To donate an item, please fill out the donation form to submit your donation.

Raffle tickets will be available to purchase online and in person starting March 29th.

How The Drawing Works:

Every donated item or service will have its own raffle jar.

You can distribute your tickets however you like. If you really want that handmade quilt, you can put all 20 tickets in that one jar!

If you cannot distribute your tickets in person, please contact the student you are supporting to have them distributed as you wish. We will update the donation list below as we receive items.
